Main features:The project is located in Lingang, Shanghai, with a planned investment of 2.5 billion yuan, covering an area of 100 acres and a total construction area of about 95000 square meters. It will add more than 1000 sets of production equipment, mainly including production plants, power plants, hydrogen stations, special gas stations, chemical warehouses, and 110kV substations. The project mainly produces 6-inch conductive silicon carbide ingots, which are mainly used in the fields of new energy vehicles, communication and radar, and power electronics. It is expected to have an annual production capacity of 26000 pieces of conductive silicon carbide ingots and 300000 pieces of substrate products by the year of reaching production capacity.
