Main features:The total area of the factory is 1717 acres, with a planned total construction area of approximately 1.7 million square meters. The construction will be carried out in three phases, and the overall plan includes three 12 inch 3D NAND memory chip production plants (FAB1, FAB2, FAB3) (each plant has a clean production area of 68000 square meters and a production capacity of 100000 pieces per month).
