Main features: This project is a SiC chip production project with a production capacity of approximately 100000 pieces per year. The production process includes synthetic material production, grain processing, crystal growth, and crystal processing. The construction scope includes the clean electromechanical decoration of the existing R&D plant 2 (about 25000 square meters) in the park, the construction of the 2 # power station (about 5300 square meters), the construction of the 1 # power station (about 3600 square meters), the construction of the 1 # Class A warehouse (about 740 square meters), the construction of the 2 # Class A warehouse (about 150 square meters), the construction of the hydrogen station (about 425 square meters), and the auxiliary supporting facilities required for daily life and production. The building area is about 35215 square meters, including but not limited to the following: clean room and electromechanical engineering, anti vibration engineering, CDA system, vacuum system, process exhaust system, pure water system, wastewater system, process circulating cooling water system, self-control FMCS system, special gas system, bulk gas system, intelligent weak current system.
